How to run a prize draw for your customers
Choose a prize, set the conditions and TallyStamp draws it for you at the time you say.
Who takes part
- Customers who have completed a minimum number of cards in the period you choose. By default, one or more in the last 90 days.
- You can draw among all your customers or only among those who have the app.
- Before you create the draw, you see the list of participants.
The prize
- It's a voucher you design in the app.
- If the winner has the app, they get a notification and the voucher appears in their wallet. If not, you give it to them at the counter.
- If you'd rather not notify anyone, the result shows in the app and you tell the winner yourself.
Draw day
- You choose the date and time.
- The draw runs by itself, even with your phone switched off.
- Until that time, you can cancel it.
How it's created
- In Design, create the prize voucher.
- In Account, open Draw and tap New draw.
- Give it a title, and choose the voucher, the conditions and the date.
- Check the participants and tap Create draw.
The draw is yours. TallyStamp only picks the name at random: you decide the rules, the conditions and how the prize is delivered.
