Terms of service

Last updated: 27 August 2026

These terms govern the use of TallyStamp, a digital loyalty card app for local businesses and their customers, operated by TallyStamp — Daniel Díez (contact: support@tallystamp.com).

The service

Businesses create loyalty programmes (stamp cards, spend cards or vouchers) and hand the cards to their customers, who keep them in their wallet without needing an account. There is a free plan and a Pro plan.

Pro

The Pro subscription (at the monthly price shown by your country's store) is purchased and billed through the App Store or Google Play, renews automatically and is cancelled from the store's subscription management. On cancellation, Pro access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Prices may vary by country; the store always shows the applicable price before you confirm.

The business's responsibility

The business is responsible for the data it enters about its customers, for having the necessary legal basis to do so, and for honouring the promotions and rewards it promises with its cards. TallyStamp is the tool, not the guarantor of the promotion.

Acceptable use

TallyStamp may not be used for unlawful activities or to infringe the rights of third parties, nor may anyone attempt to access other accounts' data or get around the service's security measures.

Availability and warranties

TallyStamp is provided “as is”. We work to keep the service reliable and the data synced and safe, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, TallyStamp's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last twelve months.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, giving notice where it is reasonable to do so.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For anything not settled amicably, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's place of residence where the law so provides.
